Elsevier BV. <\/b><\/span>Following the court\u2019s decision, we are providing the statement below.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Statement:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe respect the court\u2019s decision, which is consistent with our position throughout. Our focus, and that of our members, remains on serving researchers, institutions, and the integrity of the scholarly record.
