STM welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Office of Science and Technology Policy\u2019s Request for Information (RFI) on \u201cAccelerating the American Scientific Enterprise\u201d and to highlight the essential role that scholarly publishers play in a modern, high-performing research ecosystem.<\/p>\n
