\"\"<\/a>This month, STM\u2019s Social Responsibility Committee is focusing on accessibility.<\/strong> We kicked things off with a dynamic panel<\/strong> discussion exploring inclusive publishing practices at our US conference earlier this month. We\u2019ve also launched a new online Accessibility Resource Centre<\/a> <\/strong>offering members practical guidance and tools to support accessible publishing.<\/p>\n

Preparing for the EU Accessibility Act? <\/strong>We’re planning for an Accessibility Roundtable<\/strong> to offer us an opportunity to connect, collaborate and share best practices for implementing accessibility ahead of new regulations in the EU and US<\/strong>. If you or a colleague would like to attend, get involved, or if there is particular topic you’d like us to consider \u2014 we’d love to hear from you<\/a>. (Our Social Responsibility Committee is full at the moment, but we\u2019re always happy to note expressions of interest for future openings!)<\/p>\n
